This one-on-one coaching focuses a leader on what it means to be a Christ-centered leader in your workplace, challenging and equipping you to honor Christ while building a team that clearly and consistently understands and executes how to best add value to others. Most executive coaching involves 2-4 hours of one-on-one coaching per month.
