Our L2L groups consist of senior level leaders of non-competing businesses who wish to be challenged, inspired, encouraged, held accountable, and equipped to be Christ-centered leaders by other members of the group. These groups cover a wide range of discussion topics – difficult employee situations, team building, real estate, financial decisions, marriage & family issues… with a facilitator assuring the advice given reflects Biblical perspectives and clear confidentiality expectations. Our members find great value in the cross-pollination of ideas and practices from different industries, experiences, and spiritual maturity. Each member receives a written learning segment before the monthly meeting, then meets with the group for four hours one day each month and with the L2L facilitator one-on-one an hour each month.
